Overview
This role sits within the Chief Transformation Office, which leads the Transformation and Remediation at Deutsche Bank and the US Transformation Office leads oversight of programs which contribute to the uplift of the Firm's capabilities across multiple lines of defense. Working in partnership with global Businesses, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Audit. The team ensures alignment of the portfolio of projects remain within groupwide strategic priorities and are successfully implemented to achieve the intended benefit and outcomes. Insights produced are critical to executive decision making and governance at the most senior levels of the organization. • Lead elements Portfolio Management in partnership with Program Leads, ensuring that quality of planning, execution and risk management practices are applied, including quality assurance of delivery
• Responsible for the appropriate production management insights and actionable intel to be presented to the relevant governance bodies and committees
• Lead teams in producing executive reporting, Management Information (MI), and working the Head of US Transformation and US CEO. Craft executive messaging and set expectations to hold underlying portfolio teams accountable for adhering to lifecycle management and reporting standards
• Support the Project Management Office in quality delivery of reporting to largescale programs within the portfolio. Responsible for tracking budget, resource, time frames and thematic issue resolution and risk management across portfolio
• Ensure the documentation and tracking of portfolio relevant interdependencies, risks, issues, actions for mitigations and other related artefacts
• Responsible for active stakeholder engagement by ensuring a close collaboration with key stakeholders across Deutsche Bank. Work closely with program managers and product specialists to manage to project lifecycle standards How You'll Lead
• Proven experience in mentoring and coaching teams
• Experience with effectively communicating and positively influencing diverse stakeholders and team members Skills You'll Need
• Extensive working experience in the financial services industry and a clear understanding of Finance's key processes and systems
• Experience in executive messaging, reporting and communications related to managing large scale (cross divisional/multiple geographies) portfolios, establishment, and implementation of project management office structures
• Significant experience in risk management, effectively identifying and assessing risks within a portfolio along with developing and implementing sustainable mitigating actions
• Advanced skills in elective stakeholder management along with advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to discuss and face different points of view or disagreements in a constructive manner Skills That Will Help You Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business, or engineering Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
